Joseph Walker and Phila Amelia Mack were married about 1819 in New York. Phila Amelia Mack was born on 7 June 1799 in Hebron, Tolland, Connecticut. She died on 21 December 1863 at the age of 64 in Ashtabula County, Ohio. She was buried at Austin Cemetery in Austinburg, Ashtabula, Ohio.
