Supply Walker was born on 20 March 1751 in Billerica, Middlesex, Massachusetts.⁶² He married the widow of his first cousin, Timothy Walker, Jr. He served in the military as a Corporal in the 9th Massachusetts Regiment from December 1777 to June 1778 in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. Supply died about 1800 at the age of 49 in Donegal, Westmoreland, Pennsylvania.³³⁷

Supply Walker and Rachel Stevens were married about 4 December 1773 in Fryeburg, Oxford, Maine.³³⁶ They³³⁶ had marriage banns published on 4 December 1773 in Gorham, Cumberland, Maine.³³⁶ Rachel Stevens, daughter of Samuel Stevens and Jerusha Dow, was born before 5 May 1745 in Haverhill, Essex, Massachusetts.³²⁴ She was baptized on 5 May 1745 in Haverhill, Essex, Massachusetts.³²⁴ She died on 21 August 1837 at the age of 92 in Denmark, Oxford, Maine.³²⁵

Supply Walker and Rachel Stevens had the following children:
