He died on 18 January 1703/4 at the age of 59 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts.^14,21 He was buried at First Burial Ground in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts.⁴⁶

Ens. & Dea. Samuel Walker and Sarah Reed were married on 10 September 1662 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts.^21,47,48,49 Sarah Reed, daughter of William Reed and Mabel Kendall, was born in New England.⁵⁰ She died on 1 November 1681 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts.^50,51

Ens. & Dea. Samuel Walker and Abigail Carter were married on 18 April 1692 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts.^21,47,49 Abigail Carter, daughter of Capt. John Carter, was born about 1647. She died on 11 May 1718 at the age of 71 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts. She was the widow of Lieut. James Fowle.
