4370. Philip Walker was born on 29 June 1859 in Springfield, Hampden, Massachusetts.⁸⁵¹ He died in 1930 at the age of 71. He was a lawyer in Washington, D.C., and co-authored with Col. E. W. Foster the article "The Walkers of Woburn, Massachusetts," published in The Historical Bulletin, vol. 5 (1904).

Philip Walker and Adeline Benton were married on 8 October 1877 in New Hampshire. Adeline Benton was born in 1855. She died on 2 April 1917 at the age of 62 in Washington, District of Columbia.
