1609. Levi Walker was born about 1823 in Freedom, Waldo, Maine. He sold 45 acres of property at Thorndike, Maine, on 15 April 1844, located adjacent to the property owned by Timothy and William Walker on 15 April 1844. He appeared in the census on 27 August 1850 in Hancock Plantation (Fort Kent), Aroostook, Maine. Levi removed to Faxon Township, Sibley, Minnesota, in May 1852.⁸⁰⁸ He died on 24 August 1893 at the age of 70 in Grand Forks, Grand Forks, North Dakota. He was buried at Memorial Park Cemetery in Grand Forks, Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Levi Walker and Eleanor Grimes were married before 1856 in Sibley Co., Minnesota. They appeared in the census on 15 November 1857 in Township 113 Range 36, Sibley, Minnesota. Eleanor Grimes, daughter of Michael Grimes and Catherine , was born in March 1839 in Middletown Township, Susquehanna, Pennsylvania. She appeared in the census on 4 June 1900 in Grand Forks, Grand Forks, North Dakota. She died on 9 August 1907 at the age of 68 in Grand Forks, Grand Forks, North Dakota. Eleanor was buried at Memorial Park Cemetery in Grand Forks, Grand Forks, North Dakota.
