William Gleason Walker was born on 27 February 1784 in Conway, Carroll, New Hampshire.^344,591 He was baptized in September 1785 at Conway Congregational Church in Conway, Carroll, New Hampshire.⁵⁹² He was named after his uncle William Gleason.⁵⁹³ William removed to Thorndike from Freedom on 26 April 1836. He died after 1870 at the age of 86 in Thorndike, Waldo, Maine. He and his wife did not have a daughter named Mehitable born on 28 June 1814.⁵⁹⁴

William Gleason Walker and Huldah V. Scribner were married on 3 January 1808 in Unity, Waldo, Maine.⁵⁹⁵ Huldah V. Scribner⁵⁹⁶, daughter of John Scribner and Penial Hall, was born about 1789 in Wakefield, Carroll, New Hampshire. She died after 1850 at the age of 61 in Thorndike, Waldo, Maine. She and her husband did not have a daughter named Mehitable born on 28 June 1814.⁵⁹⁴
