Elizabeth Bartlet Walker was born on 19 July 1789 in Bartlett, Carroll, New Hampshire.⁶⁰² She was baptized in July 1793 at Conway Congregational Church in Conway, Carroll, New Hampshire.⁶⁰³ She died on 21 October 1865 at the age of 76 in Freedom, Waldo, Maine. Elizabeth was buried at Albion Cemetery #04 in Albion, Kennebec, Maine.

Elizabeth Bartlet Walker and Luther Small were married on 20 March 1809 in Fairfax [Albion], Kennebec, Maine. Luther Small, son of Isaac Small and Shurah Small, was born on 29 April 1788 in Limington, York, Maine.⁶⁰⁴ He died on 16 October 1840 at the age of 52 in Freedom, Waldo, Maine.
