884. Maj. Timothy Walker was born on 5 September 1792 in Bartlett, Carroll, New Hampshire.605 He was baptized in July 1793 at Conway Congregational Church in Conway, Carroll, New Hampshire.603 He served in the military as a corporal and sergeant in Capt. Isaac Carter's 34 U. S. Infantry Regiment in the War of 1812 from 26 April 1814 to 4 July 1815 in Wiscasset, Lincoln, Maine, and Plattsburgh, Clinton, New York.598,606 Timothy was granted 160 acres of land for service in Isaac Carter's 34 U.S. Infantry Regiment, (War of 1812 Military Bounty Land Warrant number 5792), on 13 July 1816 at the War Office of the United States in Washington, District of Columbia.607 He obtained land patent for 160 acres of land consisting of the southwest quadrant of section 15, Woodland Township, Fulton County, Illinois, on 27 November 1817.608,609 He served in the military as an Ensign in the Maine Militia on 26 July 1819 in Freedom, Waldo, Maine.610 Timothy appeared in the census on 7 August 1820 in Freedom, Waldo, Maine. He served in the military as a Lieutenant in the Maine Militia on 12 August 1820 in Freedom, Waldo, Maine.610 He served in the military as a Captain in the Maine Militia on 23 March 1822 in Freedom, Waldo, Maine.610 Timothy along with his brother Joseph conveyed by mortgage deed 75 acres of land, part of lots 57, 64, 56, and 65, to Thomas L. Winthrop of Boston for consideration of $350. on 11 October 1822 in Fairfax [Albion], Kennebec, Maine. He served in the military as a Major in the Maine Militia on 5 July 1824 in Freedom, Waldo, Maine.611 He purchased eight acres of land on 7 December 1827 in Unity, Waldo, Maine. Timothy died on 14 April 1828 at the age of 35 in Belfast, Waldo, Maine.599 He had his estate probated on 5 May 1828 in Belfast, Waldo, Maine.612

Maj. Timothy Walker and Perintha Reed (twin) had marriage banns published on 10 January 1818 in Freedom, Waldo, Maine. They had marriage banns published on 12 January 1818 in Fairfax [Albion], Kennebec, Maine.613 They613 were married after 12 January 1818 in Fairfax [Albion], Kennebec, Maine.613 Perintha Reed (twin), daughter of Benjamin Read and Mary Belcher Easty, was born on 17 June 1796 in Winthrop, Kennebec, Maine.614 She appeared in the census on 24 August 1850 in Belfast, Waldo, Maine. She purchased land from her son-in-law Eliakim H. Ellis 1/4 acre located across the road from her brother-in-law Ephraim K. Maddocks and sister Martha (Reed) Maddocks on 29 September 1853 in Belfast, Waldo, Maine. Perintha died between September 1853 and January 1873 at the age of 57.

1641iv.Ripley Walker (possible twin) was born about 1824 in Freedom, Waldo, Maine. He probably was named after Gen. Eleazar Wheelock Ripley from the War of 1812. He appeared in the census on 13 August 1850 at the household of his uncle Ephraim K. Maddocks and aunt Martha (Reed) Maddocks in Belfast, Waldo, Maine.
